Have you checked with your local Volvo dealer in Turkey? They should be able to get you a new rear window.
One other option is to contact a glazier and look if they can help you.

As I can see the only scrapyard that has V40 rear windows are ML Bildemontering AB. The other ones are S40 (sedan) windows.
