Hi I don't suppose anyone can help me here in English...
This morning driving to work my V50 had a complete electronics shutdown and I cant get it started since.
While driving all lights flashed on... an error message flicked up but my swedish isn't good so i couldnt read in time (I think it said 'anti...' something maybe an error with traction control) , then within a second the whole dash switched off, followed by the radio display and engine. I managed to free wheel it to a safe place.
Now even if I switch the battery to a new one nothing registers on the dash... its completely unresponsive i.e. dead.
While I tried to jump start it with cables and another car, the cables also got hot when both ignitions on both cars were off.
I removed my battery completely and used the cars battery directly with jump cables but still nothing and the cables still got hot.
Maybe something shorting out somewhere?? I dont know.
Has anyone had this problem before and knows any possible fixes?
