So, after total oil exchange in authorized service it is (after 1500km) prooved, that my T5 is consuming oil badly :( Approximately 1L on 1500km. What to do now? Is more reliable to keep filling the oil or to repair all motor seals?

Approximately 1L on 1500km
That is pretty good, I use 1L every 800-1000km depending on how I drive.
With a lot of short trips it uses more Oil, but I just drove from Amsterdam to Southwest Jutland in Denmark, a trip of almost 800km one way.
It used hardly any oil, Only some millimeters on the stick.

So it´s normal?

And how the oil consumption depends on the driving style? Is there any difference ?

Well, I can not say for sure about your engine.

But My "Repair guy" told me that I have 2 things with my Engine.

First thing, is that some oil is leaking up into the burning chamber due to worn down ring seals on the Pistons, or whatever they are called. :-)
This explained the, higher than normal, exhaust values.

The second one is as he said that the Engine is "Breathing" oil out through various seals, when the engine is changing temperature from hot/cold/hot.

This explains the couple of drops of oil I have everytime I stop and turn of the engine, even if car is staying for days in the same spot, I don't have more than the initial couple of drops.

He also said that explained the smell of burnt oil I have, when oil drips onto exhaust pipe.

He told me that only way to fix it, was to either get another engine or do an Engine renovation, both options was way to expensive for my budget.

So my guess is that the engine is leaking less oil when it is hot, but more when turned off/on frequently, like when driving back and fourth to work.
I have 23km to work every day, so on 900 km that is a lot of start/stop just for going to work and back.

By the way, I recently changed to a thicker oil, this reduced the consumption a bit.

I was previously using Shell Helix Ultra 5W40, and are now using Shell Helix Super 15w40, I also made my last oil change with the thicker oil.

Thank you! Mostly i have just 2 turn and off the engine. I drive 2x70km to the work every day so i just thought if it isn´t caused by driving style - i accelerate often.
My way to the work is through lots of hills and serpentines 8)

In winter it´s nice rally :D

Well, to use a thicker oil might reduce the consumption but could be fatal if using it in low tempretures. To start an engine with 15-40W oil in -25° C will force the crank, turbo, valves etc to use more or less syrup as lubrication for a while. However, wise of being situated in Amersfoort Netherlands more or less whole last year, these tempretures seldom or never occurs more than up here in the nordic region so it could be a solution for you further south.

I don´t think that this is right solution here, in czech republic. We are more south, but winters are cold too. Before two years there was common -30°C and record for whole czech republic is about -54°C 8)
