Hi Everyone,
I have recently moved to Sweden and in order to be fully integrated I must buy a volvo
After much argument with the wife (she won), we are settle on a XC60.
We live in the country side around Torsby, so I think a AWD is a must for the winter.
But I would like some advice on the engine.
Our driving habits are as follow:
- school - 20km,
- supermarket 2 times a week - 50km (country roads 80km/h),
- We also take long drives, must go to DK once every 2 months, plus vacations to the far north.
I like the idea of a t6 recharge, I can see that it would be cheaper for the shorter trips and on tax, but I am afraid of too much depreciation, since tech is always changing, so who will want to buy an xc60 recharge that is 10 years old.
Another options would be the B4/5 diesel or gasoline, what do you guys have to say about this?
And it will not be a new car, the diesel and gasoline we probably could afford something with around 2/3 years old and around 40 000km, but the t6 it would have to be above 70 000km.
is a 100 000km t6 still reliable?
Looking forward for the answers
Tack så mycket
