Is it a good idea to replace 2006 v70 25T ( 27K mil) car audio system with a Navigation/Multimedia system.

If yes what is available that is good, For example I see blue power , are there more products?
How much it costs approximately if done by professional.

If no, what portable GPS is recommended : Garmin/Tomtom/... Are they available as second hand.
