Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information CEM-9C03

Condition
When the vehicle is unlocked, the interior lighting and the lighting around the ignition switch light up.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the central electronic module (CEM) registers that the signal on the light ring is too high or that there is no signal.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the interior lighting is active.

Possible source
-Open-circuit in the light ring
-Short-circuit to supply voltage in the cable for the light ring
-Damaged light ring.
