I replaced it today thank you for the advise.

I was able to program it again but now it works a bit like random.(like I changed the relai half year ago)
only 25% of pushing the button is successfully ?:-/ ?:-/

Somebody else here with this problem?

If you are not successful here then I suggest you to join this USA Volvo Forum.
These cars were common there and not so comman here.
They are a very big forum and I am sure some body can help you with the final tips.
