Definition:
Steering Wheel Angle Sensor. Internal Fault
Description:
The Steering wheel angle sensor module (SAS) is located in the lever module together with the steering wheel module (SWM) and is supplied with power by it. The steering wheel angle sensor is installed on the underside of the contact reel and together they create a replaceable unit. A code wheel is mounted inside the steering wheel angle sensor which follows the movements of the steering wheel. 9 x optical digital sensors and 2 x analog photo diodes read off the code wheel. These signals are compared and must create a specific pattern. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the signal pattern created does not correspond. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on and the steering wheel angle sensor is initiated. Initiation is carried out when the steering wheel is turned more than 4.5° in any direction.
Cause:
Internal fault in the steering wheel angle sensor.
CEM-8F43
Definition:
Tailgate Washer Motor Relay. Signal Too Low
Description:
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-8F43 is stored if the signal across relay coil (2/93) is missing or too low.
Cause:
Oxidation in the relay base switches.
The relay not installed.
Short-circuit to ground in the relay coil.
CEM-8F52
Definition:
Relay, Headlamp Wash/Wipe. Signal Too Low Or Signal Missing
Description:
The Central electronic module (CEM) checks the output signal to the relay winding for headlight cleaning. If Central electronic module (CEM) registers that the output signal to the relay winding is missing or too low, the diagnostic trouble code is generated. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on.
Cause:
The washer pump's fuse has failed.
Open-circuit or short-circuit to ground in the signal cable.
Damaged relay.
Short-circuiting in the pump for high-pressure washing.

Du har mest trolig en defekt högtrycks-spolarpump till strålkastarna.
1,5# kabel är mer en tillräcklig, den hade blivit mycket värm om den inte klarade av jobbet. (ingen gnista, ingen ström)
I teorin kan felet med spoling av strålkastarna också vara saknande jordning, eller kabelbrott, men det är pumpen i 9,9 av 10 tillfällen.
Spolning av rutorna är troligen det ena integrerade reläet i CEM som inte mår bra, men det måste felsökas, med antingen med att leta upp kablarna till pumpen i motorrummet, eller uppe i torkardiket på CEM, om det inte går att komma åt kabeln/kontakten på spolarpumpen utan att riva ner frontplasten.
"Antisladd service"-meddelande beror på fel i SAS (Steering Angle Sensor) och det är troligen "kontaktrullen", och i det här tillfället ville jag bytt rullen inkl båda spakar. (pga helljus och spolningsfel)
