Har fått min Volvo väldigt svårstartad när den är varm, var och felsökte den och följande felkod visade sig. Enda jag hittar är cem-3f90 relay not plugged or short circuited på någon engelsk sida och felet kan va i Cem.

Någon som vet vad felkoden innebär? Har en v70 -06 ett bränslepumpsrelä någonstans?

M2303365 Condition
Central electronic module (CEM) checks the fuel pump relay, and activates it, when an approved check has been made by the system for Immobilizer. The fuel pump relay is located internally in the Central electronic module (CEM). The fuel pump relay sends voltage feed to the fuel pump when the relay is activated.
If Central electronic module (CEM) detects that the voltage on the output to the fuel pump is too low, the diagnostic trouble code is generated.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the fuel pump is activated.
Note! When troubleshooting, the fuel pump may not be supplied with voltage by an external power source without first disconnecting the connector to the Central electronic module (CEM). If the connector is not loosened and the fuel pump is supplied with voltage, this can lead to failure of an internal ground conductor in the Central electronic module (CEM). In turn, this can lead to a number of other malfunctions in the vehicle and that Central electronic module (CEM) must be replaced.
The following applies to vehicles with fuel pump module (PEM):
Central electronic module (CEM) checks the voltage feed to the fuel pump module. The Central electronic module (CEM) activates the voltage supply to the fuel pump control module after the checks carried out by the function for the immobilizer have been approved.

Finns ju en del som kan gå snett, dags att plocka fram en spänningsmätare och börja felsöka.

Blir nog att lämna in den eventuellt, kan mäta spänning men ingen aning vad jag ska leta efter.

Det står ju: "the fuel pump relay is located internally in the Central electronic module (CEM)".
Dvs det är lött direkt på CEM's kretskort (from 2004 eller så).
Inte bara att rycka och byta.

Det finns firmor som fixar CEM enheter.
Skickliga lödare fixar det själv.

Flera forummedlemmar kan klona den befintliga in i en begagnad.
Funkar INTE plug and play från annan bil.

Vet du är cem lika för alla v70 tex 2006? Jag har en bifuel. Har hittat en 30728356 04W 344 för 700 sek

Vet inte riktigt var den sitter på kretskortet. Kanske någon annan vet?

Jag tror att CEM är lika hårdvarumässigt på alla S60/V70 2005 till 2007.
Mjukvaran beror på utrustning osv, men den är tom att betrakta som individuell.
Dvs man kan inte byta mellan två 100% identiska bilar ens.

Då måste den "tömmas" och instaleras en "virginfil" så den blir som ny oanvänd enhet.
Då kan Volvo gifta in den i bilen.

Annars kan man få sin befintliga enhet klonad, och överlagd i en annan CEM av samma CAN-generation. (2005 till 2007)
Forummedlemmarna "johnnype" och "fredriknilsson" vet jag har utrustning för det.

Annars finns tex OBD tuning som lagar din befintliga CEM.

Reläbyte är annars en ganska "enkel" operation för den med god löderfarenhet.
Men man kan också kvadda den fullständigt om man klantar sig.

Håller på och ska skaffa mig en ny cem men jag hittar inte all nödvändig info. Kan man nolla vilken cem som helst? Har en - 06 bifuel och tänkte köpa en 30728356 04W 344 går den nolla till denna bil?
