Is it possible to get EU certificates for models not sold abroad?
Whom to contact at volvo?

I am looking at an 780 that has never been sold in Germany, and nowadays they (TüV) require an EU certificate for all models that no not exist in their database.

They were sold here, even in few numbers. We are a Eu country and u are also. There should be no problem to import it because it has been sold in another Eu country.

Sweden was not a member of EU in 1993, was it. Thus a car make from Swden not ever marketed in Germany would not have an EU certificate...
