Hi,

I am curious if some of the Volvo fans/owners they gather together within a large city on an easy to find spot, or maybe they organise some Volvo fan meetings somewhere over the weekend at a large cabin/hotel, so that more members can participate. In my home country, the Volvo community is quite small, but the people really love their cars and once per year they go somewhere, show their cars, meet each other and party.

Is that happening also in Sweden?

There are a few big volvo-meets, and some smaller regular ones every year. I think it's every thursday in Stockholm during the summer there is a meeting.

Do you know where they are announced? I haven’t seen a particular topic on this.

For example, in Romania they are making a SAAB-Volvo national meeging each year and occasionally people have meetings in Bucharest or other large cities.

Most of them have their own page on Facebook these days. But there aren't that many volvo-specific meets left.
