Hello !

Please tell me, does anybody know, what is the price for a new (old with mechanical guaranty)
B5234T 2.3L 2319cc I5 20v Turbo engine for Volvo 850 T-5 (Turbo) ? And where can I install and buy this one ?

Price of the engine and where you can get it installed depends a lot on where you are in the world and what car the engine is going in to. And without knowing those things it's impossible to say really.

I am in Russia (Sankt-Peterburg), but it is not problem for me to go to Sweden or Finland for the purchasing and installation. The car is Volvo 850 T-5, is it needed an additional information about the car ?

In sweden an engine like that will cost around 10.000 skr. Installation cost can depend a lot on who does the job and if you want something else done at the same time like a new timing belt for example. But an estimate is somewhere between 5000 and 10.000 skr for the work.

How long time a mechanical guarantee can be for this installation ?
Actually the problem is a wear of the second cylinder at the existing engine. Is it possible to repair of existing one ?

I will have been running in the area of 20000 kilometers, or more i some cases. The garanttes can vary depending on who makes the installation and where you get the work done.

Depending of how bad the wear on your engine is, it can be repaired. But thats not cheap either since you have to take the engine out and tear it apart and bore the cylinders and get new larger pistons.

Could you please recommend some places for this job in Sweden (close to Stockholm or in Finland).

Sadly no. But someone else on this forum living in those 2 areas should be able
