Volvo 850 has anyone upgraded to TD04-19T turbo? Will the turbo boost come at a later RPM? Which RPM starts TD04-19T turbo?

Depends on wich exhaust-housing is used no 6 or 7
Should be fine either way, 6 is (close to) stock if i remember correctly.
7 might be preferable to not overstress rods and pistons with low revs.

It will come on to boost a little slower. But that also depends on exhaust manifold, cams and such. A big part is software. Normally you keep boost down at bottom half of the rpm-range to save the rods.

I have built an engine with aftermarket performance rods. I want rhe turbo to give full boost as fast as possible. Can it get a full boost at 2500 RPM if I mount an EBC?

7# angled Exhaust house , 3" Downpipe De- cst,Japan manifold ,NA Kams , NA intake manifold. Intake spacer, NA throttle body, Volvo 960 throttle plate, 3" MAF House, 3" intake from airbox to turbou.

Med för litet avgashus blir ju 3" downpipe och öppet avgasystem meningslöst. Kör med cat också är du snäll. Vinner inget på att köra utan katt.
Kör ännu större turbo om du bytt stakar istället 20T och 400häst

Full boost @ 2500 might not be possible. Or desirable. High boost at low rpm kills stuff.

KalleJ. It actually matters if you drive with Catalys or not. My other car audi S3 tuned as hell. It is about getting rid of the warmed air as soon as possible. On my S3 I drive with 2.1 bar boost pressure that. was imposible with cat.

Ska du ha litet turbinhus har du inte max flöde ändå. Finns ingen anledning att köra utan katalysator.
På tävlingar måste man ha dem endå. Bara en sak till som behöver ändras vid besiktning.

Your choice of turbo will bottleneck you hundreds of horsepowers earlier than the stock cat will...
