Hej!

Fick upp två felmeddelanden idag på min Volvo. Det började med att jag såg att varningslampan lyste och att Anti-sladd serv. erfodras kom upp på displayen.

Stannade då bilen för att start om den. Då kom El. startspärr upp och sen står det Anti-sladd serv. erfodras igen. Vrider om nyckeln men bilen går inte igång, känns som att den ska starta med dör precis innan.

Har provat med båda nycklarna.

Är en volvo V70 06, som gått 17 000 mil.

Har läst lite olika på forum, men hittar inget om kombon el spärr och anti sladd.. Problemet är också att jag befinner mig i Frankrike, och vet inte hur bra dom är på Volvo här.. Kan tillägga att jag inte är den vassate på bilar och på att meka.

Ska till en verkstad på måndag, så om någon haft liknade problem får ni gärna dela med er av vad ni gjorde för att lösa dem.

sorry I'm writing to you in English but I'm from Germany and my Swedish isn't good enough yet :/

I had a similar problem when my 2006 V70 had an electrical issue that was causing the battery to drain quicker than the car could charge it.

My car constantly said the ABS system didn't work anymore and the immobilizer had some sort of issue, exactly like you described, but in german haha. It turned out that it was just the battery that was broken because of the heat last summer, and it was as old as the car (14 years at the time) and the installation of a new battery solved it :)

I'm pretty sure it's an electrical issue and your ABS and immobilizer aren't actually broken. With most cars, when the battery (or battery connection) is bad, they start throwing out random error codes. In the case of the V70, it's ABS and the immobilizer that go first.

So maybe your battery could be dead, you could ask a mechanic if they would do a battery funtion-check for you, I'm guessing most shops would do it for free or very cheaply.

Hi Jan!

Thanks for the tip, just spoke to the workshop and it sounded like they found a failure in one of the electronic networks, as i understood it. The mechanic said it was an error in the "high speed network" - don’t t really know what that is, but he might have meant something else. I am in France, and he only spoke a little english so..
