I have a 2006 XC90 V8. The AC/heater has started acting up. On warm days, when AC is in use, it blows cold air on both sides through mid (dashboard) and low vents, but nothing to the windshield. On cold days, when heater is in use, it blows warm air to the driver side and cold air to the passenger side and nothing to the windshield.

I have once done the HVAC reset (with Dice). I think it fixed the problem for a short period, but unfortunately I couldn't do full evaluation, and it all fell back to the faulty state pretty soon.

As the first guess, I assume the fault could be in the blend door actuators, but I wonder if based on this description anyone can say something more explicit or propose additional fault tracing methods.

Några gissningar: lilla fläkten under radion,snurrar den ? Är den lilla sensorn där hel ? Tänker också på Evaporator tempivaren.. Om den ger förvirrade värden till eec n så blir det ojämna temperaturer. Du borde kanske kallibrera fläkt spjällen. Jag tror det finns felkoder som skulle kunna ge dig mera information......
