Hej.

Volvo V70 SE -97 (10 ventilare)

Har haft felkoder och att ECC:n bara ger full värme på förarsidan ibland.
Oftast funkar den bra men man får ha på 18' för att få samma som på passagerarsidan när man har på 22'.

Igår bytte jag olja och släckte servicelampan hos en kompis. Vi kollade felkoder och testade göra en kalibrering av ECC.

Nu blinkar AC-lampan grönt och det ger bara full värme ur instrumentbrädans uttag. INGEN DEFROSTER! Har stått utan batteri hela natten. Inget hjälper.
Ska testa kailbrera om i kväll men...
Ett spjäll på förarsidan kärvar men det borde väl inte vara utan defroster för det?.... eller?....

Alla inlägg hänvisar till haynesbokens procedur men vi har tyvärr inte den. Hur ska vi göra? Hur ska reglagen stå? Vi gjorde tydligen fel.

Efter ca 3 mils körning idag så slutade det blinka och allt blev som vanligt igen. Puh.... Skönt....

Det vore ju interesant att veta vad för felkoder du fick...

Troligen är det samma som förut om jag testar nu men det är skönt att få bort imman...

Hade 135, 211, 312.

Ska ta itu med dom sen vid tillfälle.

Okej. Här är lite info om felkoderna:

ECC-135:
The engine coolant temperature (ECT) signal from the engine control module (ECM) is a pulsed signal, the frequency of which changes with temperature. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECC-135 is stored if the control module detects that the pulses from the engine control module (ECM) are missing for more than approximately 6 seconds when the engine is running.

Substitute value
The control module adopts a substitute value corresponding to 87.5°C.

Possible source

-Short-circuit to supply voltage or ground in the signal cable.
-Open-circuit in signal cable.
-Contact resistance in terminals.
-Defective engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor.

Fault symptom[s]
-The orange indicator LED in the REC and air conditioning (A/C) buttons flashes for approximately 20 seconds.

211:
The climate control module incorrectly detects the signal from the temperature damper motor position sensor. The control of the temperature motors stops, the temperature in the passenger compartment cannot be adjusted, the orange LEDs on the control panel flash and the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)ECC-211, ECC-212, ECC-231 and ECC-232 may be stored. The diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) for the position sensors are therefore stored unnecessarily without there actually being a fault. This, in turn, causes an abnormally large number of fault free damper motors to be replaced. Settings in the climate control module for these diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) must be updated.
Any updating that is carried out means that the above diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are not detected and stored.

Substitute value
None.

Possible source
-Faulty detecting of position sensor signal.

Fault symptom[s]
-Orange LED flashes.

312:
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECC-312 is stored if the control module detects that the temperature damper motor does not change position within approximately 12 seconds of activation.

Substitute value
No activation of the motor as long as the fault persists.

Possible source
-Defective or blocked damper motor.

Fault symptom[s]
-The orange indicator LED in the REC and air conditioning (A/C) buttons flashes for approximately 20 seconds.
-The passenger compartment temperature does not correspond to the set value.
