i'm from Germany. I want to drive with e85 an i'm thinking about using bigger intakevalves. My engine is the 2.0 liter with 10 V. Wath about the valves from the turbo? Do they fit?

Please help me.

Hi i dont really follow how you are thinking? The engine doesent get any benefit from changing to larger intake valves? I will only make the engine out of harmony? the turbo has SMALLER intake valves because its 20v engine. If you want to get some real changes then change your crankshaft + connecting rods + pistons that is used in the 2,5 L version. Then youre getting the 2,5 L versin your self and 140hp automaticly. Then you take the turbo injectors because they can flow more. Then u try this with E85.

My belive is that the author of this topic meant injector(valve) instead of intake valve! You need to find injectors with a flow increase of ~35%.

Oh,

let me make myself clearer. I got the B5202. The valves have 150 cm3/min capacity. They ar from Bendix. The number i don't remeber.
Now i want to change to e85.
I wonder wheter the valves from B5204/B5234 T by Bosch, Number: 0280 150 785, 232 cm3/min capacity will fit and let the engine work with e85?

the gentlemen who just answered you *They should work yes!* is a E85 guy with experience.

i thought so. But has Nybbe or anybody else also experience with exact this conversion.

Because of the Fenix electronic and so. Okay i am a little bit scared that i'm killing my volvo. Is it just plug and play? Can you please tell me, how much ethanol or e85 is minimum and maximum (summer/winter) ?

You wont kill it. The worst thing that can happen is that it isnt going well. There is a separate ethanol forum at :http://etanol.nu/forumrecover/index.php
they are only experimenting with E85.
