Först ursäkta för språket men jag är ingen svensk. Jag tänkte att beskriva min historia med Bildelar24, online osv. Jag har beställd delar den 25 dec 2016 och fick sista delar 27 jan 2017. Jag bifogar alla mailet som jag fått eller skickade. Hoppas att det hjälper till någon.

03-01-2017 Jag fick delar och upptäckte att det finns 3st stark filter istället för Filtron, jag gick in på websidan och markerade på beställning delar som fel levererade. På beställning, faktura och websidan finns det Filtron nummer men jag fick stark.

I'm going to send you back your filters and I want you to send me the right one.
I understand that you earn much more by selling stark spare parts but why do you have to do it this way? In the past I recommend your webshop to a few friends. It wasn't pleasure to explain them why they didn't get what they have ordered. Now the same happened to me. I should explain by the phone why I don't want stark spare parts, write emails in Swedish and English and finally pack and deliver package to service point. Everything just do get what I paid for. Thanks to Google it's not difficult to find out that you do the same shit in whole Europe. People start to warning each other to don't buy from your shop. I really liked you before, but now I'm not sure if I'm going to buy anything from you in the future. Definitely I can't recommend you to anyone. You are not the only on that's selling spare parts over the internet. If that's the way you want to do business, then you do it WRONG.

Package with stark filters is on the way to you. I can wait this two weeks, but it sounds pretty long to open the box and check it's content. And of course I want you to turn of auto replacement function in your system. Can you explain how does it work and when is it active?

The auto replacement option works when we are finding a better quality spare parts or in that cases when clients have to wait too long for their spare parts to come to our warehouse and we have found an alternative that is ready to be shipped.

I send you back filters because they are not the one I have ordered. I wrote it before and I didn't change my mind. I am still waiting for the filters that I choosed and paid for.
