Hej!
Var ute och åkte i min v70 (01a 2.4l 170hk) häromdagen och fick upp "motorsystem serv. Erfodras". Kollade felkoder och fick upp felkod 9150 (Gasspjällenhet internt fel). Varje gång jag tog bort felet så kom det tillbaka efter jag vridit på tändningen 3 gånger. Kollade upp lösning på de o de flesta sa att man skulle rengöra spjällhuset. Så idag rengjorde jag det men felet kvarstår. Har inte märkt av felet alls utan bilen går hur fint som helst. Är det någon som har något mer förslag på vad man kan göra för att lösa detta? (Bortsett från att byta ut spjällhuset helt) tacksam för svar

For upgraded software, released during year 2006 or later, the following is changed: The test that Electronic throttle module (ETM) performs every time the ignition is turned on, now requires that both throttle position sensors' signals are outside the expected range, two test in a row, in order to store the diagnostic trouble code. Electronic throttle module (ETM) checks continuously that the two internal throttle sensors show the same throttle position. A choice of signal will take place when the difference between signals is greater than 2 %. The signal choice makes it possible to continue driving until the difference between the throttle position sensors' signals is clearly greater than for earlier software. The diagnostic trouble code is stored when the deviation between the two signals is 15 % for 5 seconds at low throttle angles.
Cause:
Low voltage feed to throttle module (loose connections).
Poor ground connection to electronic throttle module.

En 01:a har förmodligen det ökända Marelli-spjällhuset, sen bytte man till Bosch
Renoverade spjällhus köper man hos a2tech, de har fått kolbanepotentiometrarna ersatta med i princip outslitliga hallgivare.

Aaokej, har läst omkring om det å verkar va flera som har detta problem. Men verkar ej som någon löst de.

De tråkiga är bara att felet nu kommit när jag ska sälja av med bilen. Tror inte de är så lockande att köpa en bil med de "felet" :/
